Customers who opt for Self-Pickup can enjoy 10% off their order.

Delivery fees are $11 per location, and waived for orders $54 and above. A takeaway tub of 650ml is priced at $18, which can serve approximately five to seven cups.

Flavours available include Coconut Sorbet, Dark Chocolate Sorbet, Granny’s Favourite – chocolate malt, cookie dough and chocolate chips, Honey Cinnamon, Milo Dinosaur, Nutella Swirl, Oreo Cheesecake, Parmesan Cheese & Cream Crackers, Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Summerberries, White Chocolate Nori, and Yuzu.

Pre-orders can be made here: www.tomspalette.com.sg/circuit-breaker.

Tom’s Palette must be one of the longest standing local ice cream café in Singapore. I remember tat it existed even before the rest such as Island Creamery and Udders came on board.

2005.

Wow, 16 years in operations. The shop had to relocate to 51 Middle Road due to Shaw Towers’ plan for redevelopment.

(Fun fact: I learnt how to make ice cream at Tom’s Palette and even documented it here: Recipe of Honey & Pineapple Tart Ice Cream. That was in 2012!)

As to why the name Tom’s Palette (I asked years ago), it is because one of their friends who has the pickiest tongue gave the vote of approval to their ice creams. (In that same vein, what would you name your ice cream shop? Like #KennysPalette :D)

They are known for their creative gelato flavours, with over 180 flavours to date, including Salted Egg Yolk, Nasi Lemak and Mango Sticky Rice.

Their ice cream is made with fresh and raw ingredients, handmade without the addition of stabilisers, premixes, or artificial flavouring.

For its opening, Tom’s Palette will be re-introducing classics such as Granny’s Favourite (Chocolate Malt, Chocolate Chips & Cookie Dough), Nutella Swirl, Salted Caramel Cheesecake and Yuzu.

I really liked their Salted Egg flavour. Hopefully that soon.
